Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

FingerCode is an iPhone application developed by Koddo (Koddo Ingeniería de Datos y Software). You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Data we collect

We collect no personal data. FingerCode operates completely offline. The app has no access to your name, email, location, contacts or any other personal information.

The only data that exists is what you generate by using the app (PIN analyses, capture attempts, statistical results), and it is stored exclusively in your iPhone's local memory using SwiftData.

3. How we use data

The data generated in the app is used only to show you the results of your analyses within the app itself. We never have access to it at any point.

4. Storage and security

All data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. It is not synced to iCloud (unless the user enables it optionally in the future). When you uninstall the app, all data is permanently deleted.

The security of the data on your device is protected by standard iOS mechanisms (device encryption, Face ID / Touch ID, etc.).

5. Third-party services

FingerCode integrates no third-party SDKs that collect data. Specifically, we do not use:

• Analytics tools (Firebase, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
• Ad networks of any kind
• Cloud crash-reporting services (Crashlytics, Sentry, etc.)
• Social-media SDKs

6. Children's privacy

FingerCode is not specifically directed at children under 13. Because we collect no personal data, there is no risk of inadvertently collecting children's data.

7. Your rights

Since we collect no personal data, there is no data to request, correct or delete in our systems. To delete the data the app stores locally on your device, simply uninstall the app.

8. Changes to this policy

If we modify this privacy policy in the future, we will publish the updated version at this same URL with the update date. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
